After years of honing our skills and engaging in globally recognized educational programs, we proudly present our tradition-inspired Iskrena fruit brandy and our contemporary creation, Spell gin.

Fruit Selection
Only the finest, fully ripened fruits are hand-selected to ensure maximum flavor and natural sweetness. This careful selection is the foundation of a smooth and aromatic rakija.
Controlled Natural Fermentation
The fruit is crushed and left to ferment naturally, allowing the sugars to convert into alcohol. Temperature control and precise timing are essential to preserving the fruit’s authentic character. High quality standards to ensure food safety are respected.

Double Distillation
Our rakija undergoes a double distillation process, refining the spirit to remove impurities while enhancing its complexity. This results in a clean, well-balanced flavor with a smooth finish.
Aging & Bottling
Select varieties are aged in oak barrels to develop deeper flavors and a rich, golden hue. Finally, each batch is carefully bottled, ensuring that every sip delivers a true taste of tradition and craftsmanship.
